These Terms of Service include the RSS feeds which are available via our digital channels. For your own, noncommercial use only, you can use these RSS feeds free of charge. Connect and provide attribution to WSAN when using these feeds, either in text, by using “WSAN Radio” or one of the station names of WSAN, or with an image, using the logo that we have included in the feed itself. We can at any time disable, change, or stop distributing these feeds, and we may ask users to cease any and all use of these feeds for any reason at any time. You hereby grant WSAN a non-exclusive, irrevocable, sublicensable, permanent, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the material in any form or medium now known or hereinafter created by publishing, uploading, or distributing any material on or via digital platforms.

Any software or other content containing a virus or other dangerous or malicious code should not be connected to, posted, uploaded, or distributed. You may not use digital platforms to distribute chain letters, mass mailings, or spam or to collect e-mail addresses for the purpose of sending spam to other digital platform users.

For any material posted, uploaded, or transmitted by users on or via digital platforms, WSAN is not responsible or liable. To the degree allowed by statute, all disputes occurring under these Terms of Service or relating to digital platforms shall be brought before municipal or federal courts situated in the State of New York, and you hereby agree to personal jurisdiction and location.
